FIS Tech is an IT service provider from the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region. We support small and medium-sized businesses with managed IT and help organisations throughout Germany introduce and operate AI applications.
Experience from demanding environments
Before founding the company, our founder Ali Sina Mahdian supported IT projects for a bank operating across Europe, an international chemical group and a data centre in Germany. We transfer the standards for availability, security and documentation established there to the requirements and budgets of mid-sized companies.
Core team and nationwide technician network
Our clients are supported on an ongoing basis by our in-house team, mostly via remote maintenance. For on-site work and specialist topics, we work with vetted technicians and experts all over Germany. Whoever carries out an assignment, you have one fixed point of contact who knows your company and is responsible for the result.
Another focus is the automation of business processes. We develop and operate AI applications such as phone assistants, chatbots and analytics solutions. This experience feeds directly into the IT support we provide to our clients.
